For security purposes, you must sign in to your account using the same email address that was used to purchase the tickets. This ensures that only authorized users can access and download tickets.
For iPhone (Apple Wallet)
Quick Add - All Tickets at Once
If your order has 10 or fewer tickets for a single event, you can add all tickets at once:
Go to your ticket orders on your iPhone
- Navigate to your ticket orders page (Top right -> My Tickets)
- Find the order containing your tickets
Open the order details
- Tap on the order to view details
- You'll see an "Add Event Tickets to Your Wallet" section at the top
Add all tickets
- Tap the "Add to Apple Wallet" button
- This will add all tickets for that event in one step.
- Your device will prompt you to add the tickets to your Apple Wallet
Confirm addition
- Review the ticket details on the preview screen
- Tap "Add" in the top right corner
- All tickets will be saved to your Apple Wallet
Access your tickets
- Open the Wallet app on your iPhone or iPad
- Your tickets will be displayed there
- You can also access them from the Lock Screen by double-clicking the side button (or Home button on older devices)
Adding Single Tickets
You can also Transfer your tickets to other guests so they can enter using their own device when they arrive
If your order has more than 10 tickets for an event, you will need to add tickets individually
Go to your ticket orders on your iPhone
- Navigate to your ticket orders page (Top right -> My Tickets)
- Find the order containing your tickets
Open the order details
- Tap on the order to view details
- Scroll down to see the list of single tickets
Select a ticket
- Tap on a specific ticket to view its details
- You'll see wallet download options for that ticket
Add to Apple Wallet
- Tap the "Add to Apple Wallet" button for the ticket
- Your device will prompt you to add the ticket to your Apple Wallet
- Tap "Add" in the top right corner to confirm
Repeat for extra tickets
- Return to the ticket list and repeat the process for each ticket you want to add
For Season Ticket Orders (Multiple Events)
If you have a season ticket order with tickets for multiple events:
Navigate to the event detail view
- Navigate to your ticket orders page (Top right -> My Tickets)
- Find the order containing your tickets
Add tickets by event
- If the event has 10 or fewer tickets, use the "Add Event Tickets to Your Wallet" button at the top
- This adds all tickets for that specific event at once
- Repeat for each event in your season ticket order
Single ticket access
- For events with more than 10 tickets, add single tickets from the seat view
- Each seat may have multiple tickets (one per event in the season)
For Android (Google Wallet)
Quick Add - All Tickets at Once
Google Wallet allows you to add all tickets for an event regardless of quantity:
Go to your ticket orders
- Navigate to your ticket orders page (Top right -> My Tickets)
- Find the order containing your tickets
Open the order details
- Tap on the order to view details
- You'll see an "Add Event Tickets to Your Wallet" section at the top
Add all tickets
- Tap the "Add to Google Wallet" button
- Sign in to your Google account if prompted
- Review the ticket details
- Tap "Save to Wallet" to confirm
Access your tickets
- Open the Google Wallet app on your Android device
- Your tickets will be displayed there
- You can also access them from Google Pay

- Find the order containing your tickets
Add tickets by event
- Use the "Add to Google Wallet" button at the top to add all tickets for that event
- Google Wallet can handle any number of tickets per event
- Repeat for each event in your season ticket order
Troubleshooting
Common Issues
The "Add to Wallet" button not working:
- Ensure you're signed in with the same email used for purchase
- Check that you have a stable internet connection
- Try refreshing the page
- Ensure you're using a supported device (iPhone for Apple Wallet, Android for Google Wallet)
Can't find tickets after adding:
- Check your Wallet app's main screen
- Search for the event name in your wallet app
- Ensure you're using the same device where you added the tickets
- Check that you're signed in to the correct account
- Verify the tickets haven't expired
- For Apple Wallet, ensure you're signed in to the same Apple ID
Email mismatch error:
- You must sign in with the same email address used to purchase the tickets
- If someone else purchased the tickets, they need to add them to their wallet.
- Check your account settings to verify your email address
Pending transfer blocking wallet addition:
- Tickets with pending transfers cannot be added to wallets
- Complete or cancel the transfer first
- Once the transfer is resolved, you can add the tickets normally
Best Practices
Add tickets early: Networks can be congested on event day. Add your tickets before you arrive for smooth entry.
Charge your device: Ensure your phone has sufficient battery before arriving at the venue.
Test access: After adding tickets, verify you can access them in your wallet app before the event.
Keep your phone charged: Digital tickets require your phone to be powered on for scanning.
Security Notes
- Tickets are securely bound to your account and device
- Only the purchaser can download tickets. You will need to transfer tickets to allow someone else to add them to their wallet.
- Tickets cannot be shared via screenshots
- Digital tickets work offline once downloaded - no internet required at the venue
- If you lose access to your device, contact support for assistance
For the best experience, add your tickets to your mobile wallet as soon as possible after purchase!
